ABOUT ALLYCE
EDUCATIONAL AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
After graduating as valedictorian from Hillsboro High School, Allyce went on to obtain her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The Ohio State University. Allyce then received her law degree from the University of Dayton School of Law through their two year accelerated program. Allyce has been practicing law for over 14 years, which includes over 8 years as an assistant prosecutor for the Hillsboro Municipal Court.

FAMILY
Family is a fundamental pillar in Allyce's life. Born and raised in Highland County, she returned to Hillsboro after obtaining her law degree. When Allyce's daughter asked her why she wanted to be a judge, her response was "It has been my longtime goal when the opportunity presented itself." With her experience as an attorney and as a Guardian Ad Litem, her desire to become a judge offers the opportunity to be more impactful to the community at large, particularly with the youth, providing discipline as warranted but opportunities as well.

COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT

Community involvement is an important part of Allyce's life. She is a coach, attends church at the Danville Church of Christ, and is a member of many organizations including the Highland County Bar Association, the Ohio State Bar Association, and the Hillsboro Jr. Women's Club. She is also a board member for the Highland County Law Library and volunteers to help with the Hillsboro Elementary PTO.
